Emily's Spicy Beef

This also goes well paired with chopped veggies, like bell peppers.

8 oz. sirloin tri-tip steak
1/2 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, diced
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp premium soy sauce
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp ShaoXing rice wine

The recipe:
1. Slice the steak into thin strips.
2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, worchestershire sauce, sugar, black pepper, and chili flakes.
3. Marinate the beef for at least 15 minutes.
4. Heat olive oil on high heat in a pan and add onion and garlic until translucent.
5. Add steak and marinating sauce to pan until almost done. Here you can add chopped veggies if desired.
6. Add ShaoXing rice wine to pan, reduce sauce until thick.
7. Take pan off heat, and mix in sesame oil before serving.
