Emily's Salsa

1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 lemon
1 small onion
2 tbsp cayenne pepper sauce (Frank's Red Hot)
1 tsp chipotle pepper sauce
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp pepper

The recipe:
1. Extract the juice of one lemon and finely dice the small onion.
2. Strain the diced tomatoes.
3. In a blender, layer in this order from bottom: lemon juice and zest, spices and pepper sauces, tomatoes, diced onions.
4. Pulse briefly until combined.
