Emily's Spaghetti & Meatballs

Not a fancy concept, but I spruced it up with my own flair...

Ingredients for meatballs:
1 pound ground grassfed beef
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 a large onion, grated
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried oregano
Pepper to taste

Additional ingredients for pasta:
1 can crushed San Marzano tomatoes
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp onion, chopped
1 tbsp dried oregano
4 servings of spaghetti, fettucini, or linguini

The recipe:
1. In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients.
2. Mix gently with hands until combined, careful to not overwork the meat.
3. Form into 24 balls.
4. Pan sear in olive oil until brown on all sides. Set aside
5. Add canned tomato, garlic, onion, and oregano to pot and bring to boil.
6. Add meatballs and any juice on the plate to pot.
7. Let combination simmer until done.
8. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water as directed.
9. Transfer pasta directly from hot water to plates.
10. Mix in sauce and meatball on each plate.
11. Top with white truffle oil.
