Emily's Spicy Mac and Cheese

2 cups De Cecco cavatappi pasta
2 grassfed beef hot dogs, cut into pieces
1/4 cup Fage 0% Greek yogurt
1 triangle low fat Laughing Cow cheese
4 Kraft sharp cheddar slices
1/2 cup Canadian 3 year old sharp cheddar, cubed
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp fresh ground pepper

The recipe:
1. Cook pasta as per box, adding hot dogs pieces for last 2 minutes.
2. Drain pasta and hot dogs, rinsing in cold water.
3. Heat olive oil on high heat and add minced garlic.
4. Turn heat down to simmer, and add yogurt, water, Laughing cow, and Kraft cheese.
5. Stir gently until mixture is melted, then add small cubes of cheddar until mixture smooth.
6. Add chili flakes and fresh ground pepper, mix well.
7. Add drained pasta and hot dog pieces into cheese sauce.
8. Continue to slowly mix the pasta in the sauce until cheese begins to brown.
9. If desired, transfer to an oven-safe container, top with parmesan and panko bread crumbs, and bake until the browned.
