Emily's Kale Chips

OK, this is not really my recipe, but I like it a lot!

Fresh kale
Olive oil

The recipe:
1. Wash kale and cut out the stem, then cut into squares.
2. Toss kale in light coat of olive oil.
3. Spread over baking sheet and sprinkle on salt.
4. Bake at 350F for about 10-12 minutes until crispy.
5. Eat right away!
