Emily's Gooseberry Croissants

This one is for lazy people like me.

1 tube Pillsbury croissant dough
Cream cheese
Gooseberry jam (or any other jam)
Olive oil

The simple recipe:
1. Open up the croissant dough into triangles.
2. Spoon a dollop of cream cheese and a dollop of gooseberry jam to the center.
3. Roll up the croissant.
4. Paint tops with olive oil and sprinkle with sugar.
5. Bake as per Pillsbury instructions until golden brown.
