Emily's Chickpea and Cardamom cookies

1 cup chick peas
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp olive oil

The recipe:
1. Mix together all ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
2. Oil a baking pan cookie sheet, and spread mixture to 1 cm thickness cookies.
3. Bake 10 minutes at 200 F.
