Emily's Honey-Lemon and Rosemary Chicken Skewers

3 chicken breasts
4 small onions
1 lemon
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper
Extra-virgin olive oil

The recipe:
1. Cut meat into chunks and marinate with lemon zest, lemon juice, rosemary, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
2. Skewer alternating with chunks of onions.
3. Arrange on grill and bake at 350 degrees, allowing juices to drip into a small amount of water in the tray.
4. Mix small amount of honey, rosemary, and olive oil to paint skewers halfway through cooking.
5. When done, retrieve dripped juices and transfer to sauce pan. Reduce to desired consistency and add flour to make gravy.
