Emily's Caprese Salad

OK, this is not my recipe - obviously. But I love this easy and delicious salad.

1 fresh tomato
5 fresh basil leaves
1 bocconcini (mozzarella cheese)
1 tbsp balsamic vingar
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 pinch freshly ground 4-colour pepper

The recipe:
1. Slice tomato and bocconcini into similar thickness slices.
2. Arrange as alternating tomato slice, bocconcini slice, and basil leaf.
3. Drizzle over top with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
4. Top with freshly ground pepper.
