Emily's Blueberry Ricotta Dessert

1 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp smooth ricotta
1 tbsp white wine (Riesling)
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

The recipe:
1. Combine ricotta, wine, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix well.
2. Rinse berries and add to the mixture.
3. Combine ingredients until the berries are coated.
4. The frozen berries will turn the ricotta mixture in a slush.
5. Serve immediately.
