Emily's Berry Tea

1 teabag (Vanilla Rooibos tea)
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 tbsp mint leaves
3 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

The recipe:
1. Steep teabag in 1 cup water.
2. Combine all ingredients together in a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Strain mixture through a coarse sieve to remove berry seeds.
5. Replace strained mixture back into blender until smooth.
6. Refridgerate until cold.

Makes 3 servings. Enjoy!
