OK, this is barely a recipe. But I like it lots.
1 fresh French loaf
1 clove garlic
1. Heat olive oil on frying pan.
2. Add finely chopped garlic.
3. Remove from heat and pour into large dish.
4. Slice bread into angled slices and dip one side into oil.
5. Cover oiled side with grated mozzerella cheese.
6. Bake in toaster oven until cheese melted.
